Manual page and help for the wmctrl linux command. Wmctrl is a tool that works with EWMH / NetWM compatible X Window managers. You can use the wmctrl command to request information from the window manager and to perform various window management operations. The wmctrl command is controlled entirely by command line arguments. Command-line parameters specify the action to be performed (with options that affect operation) and any arguments required to perform the actions.
