Basic graphics systems

Linux basic graphics systems and a summary page of installation descriptions for related accessories.

Graphical base systems are recent Linux installations that include a desktop environment, as well as the installation of some basic programs. The category of non-desktop base systems that act primarily as servers can be found here.

These installation tutorials can even be used as stand-alone installation guides, but can also serve as a basis for other tutorials.

I install the basic graphics systems in Virtualbox, so we may get different results on a real computer.

The installation of these basic graphical systems does not require the use of VirtualBox, they can also be installed on regular computers, here they are for demonstration purposes only.

As my time allows, I will try to build installations with multiple distributions and multiple versions of them little by little to make them more useful.
