The manual page and help for the pavucontrol linux command. Pavucontrol is a simple volume control device (mixer) for the PulseAudio sound server. Unlike classic mixers, pavucontrol also allows you to adjust the volume of hardware and each playback stream separately. This allows the playback stream to be redirected to another output device without interrupting playback.
