This download page contains the Debian 8 (Jessie) V1.1 is the perfect server VirtualBox image file, i.e. the previous one Debian 8 (Jessie) V1.0 is the perfect server which now contains much more. I left the previous version intact (as it was then) so it can still be downloaded.

I now zipped this image file for the first time and then cut it into 2GB pieces so it can be more conveniently unpacked after downloading the pieces than the previous version.

VirtualBox settings are required for proper machine operation can be viewed here.

So the list shows that this version already contains quite a lot of things, so you can experiment with a crafty Drupal 8 on the web server.

 

The earlier, 1.0 version is still available for download, but it is important to know that I have upgraded my virtual machine by the time it is uploaded, so the Debian packages and software installed on it are no longer up to date.
I always make additional software updates only for newer server versions. If I do update a previous server, I will indicate it in a separate article and on the download page for that server.

Concatenate the downloaded pieces with Total Commander, for example, to get a zip file with a size of 3,16 GB (3 bytes). After unpacking, the VirtualBox image file appears:
linuxportal_003_tokeletes server-debian-8-jessie-V1-1.vdi, size: 9,48 GB (10 bytes).
