Drupal is an open source, free CMS (content management) system that can be used to build a wide variety of websites, such as this site. It has many features, including support for managing SEO URLs, which is notoriously beneficial for search engines. As elsewhere, unfortunately, errors can occur here, such as index.php files being unduly included in page URLs.
